Rental agreements, signed on a tablet
Rentals360 generates the rental agreement as a PDF from the booking. Customers sign on a tablet at the counter, or on their own device using a link you send them, and the signature is stored with the booking.

What you can do
- Agreement PDF from the booking
- The agreement is built from the booking data, so it always matches what the customer was quoted.
- Sign with a finger, pencil or mouse
- The signature page is designed for tablets and works with a finger, an Apple Pencil or a mouse.
- Send a signing link
- Copy or share a link so the customer can sign on their own device before pickup.
- Signed status on the booking
- The Documents tab shows whether the agreement is signed, with a timestamp.
- No third-party service
- Signature capture is built in, so there is nothing extra to subscribe to.
